BUG: Opera 8, overflow:hidden with padding-bottom and negative margin-bottom

#foo and div#bar should be the same height in modern browsers - and they are in IE, Geckos, Safari and Operas 6 through 7.5. But not Opera 8 and above where the overflow: hidden appears to have no effect whatsoever.

NB. the easy clearing is only required for Opera in the first place - the others can do perfectly well without it.
